FAQs
What is Livox Capital?
Livox Capital is a funding company specialized in CME futures traders, offering access to real capital ranging from USD 20,000 up to USD 1,000,000.
What products can I trade?
Only U.S. futures from the CME Group, including indices, energy, metals, currencies, and bonds.
What platforms are used?
We operate exclusively with Rithmic as the data and execution provider, and ATAS as the trading platform.
What makes Livox Capital different from other firms?
You do not need to risk your own capital. Livox Capital assumes the risk once you demonstrate consistency.
Who is Livox Capital for?
For experienced CME futures traders who are looking to scale their trading with professional capital.
How do I access a funded account?
Through an evaluation phase under real market conditions. If you pass the evaluation while respecting the rules and the risk committee approves your profile, you gain access to a real funded account.
How much does the evaluation cost?
Each evaluation has a recurring monthly fee depending on the selected account size (to be reviewed on the website). This fee is charged during the duration of the exam until it is passed or the subscription is canceled. If the trader does not pass the exam and does not cancel the subscription, it will automatically renew even if the trader failed the exam, restarting both the evaluation and the subscription period. The subscription can be managed or canceled from the trader dashboard under the “Subscriptions” section.
What capital sizes can I choose for the evaluation?
From USD 20,000 up to USD 1,000,000.
Can I have multiple evaluations at the same time?
Yes, you can have unlimited evaluation accounts, but only up to 10 real funded accounts simultaneously.
What rules must I follow during the evaluation?
Meet the profit target, do not exceed the maximum total and daily drawdown, respect the maximum simultaneous contract limit, comply with the 35% consistency rule, and trade at least one day.
Is there a minimum number of days required to pass the evaluation?
No. If you reach the profit target while respecting the rules, you can pass the evaluation in a single day.
What is drawdown?
It is the maximum allowed loss. If it is exceeded, the account is invalidated.
What is trailing drawdown?
It is a type of drawdown that adjusts based on the profit reached, whether realized or unrealized. If you have unrealized gains, your loss limit will adjust to the maximum unrealized profit achieved.
Can I reset an account if I make a mistake?
Yes, you can reset the account by paying an additional fee.
Is trading allowed on holidays or during news events during an evaluation?
Yes, you can trade whenever the CME market is open, including during macroeconomic events.
Do I access real capital after passing the evaluation?
Yes, provided you complete the evaluation and the risk committee approves your profile as suitable to trade fund capital.
How many funded accounts can I have active?
You start with 2 funded accounts. You can increase this number as you complete the required safety margins, up to a maximum of 10 funded accounts simultaneously.
When can I request a profit withdrawal?
You can request a withdrawal every 10 trading days, as long as you have generated profits and comply with the consistency rules.
What percentage of profits do I receive?
You receive 100% of the first three withdrawals. After that, 90% goes to you and 10% to Livox Capital.
What is the minimum profit required to withdraw?
You must accumulate at least USD 1,000 in net profit above the profit buffer to request a withdrawal.
What profit buffer must I maintain in my funded account?
The required profit buffer equals the maximum loss limit (drawdown) plus 10% of that amount.
Example: For a USD 50,000 account, the loss limit is USD 2,500, so the required buffer is USD 2,750. To withdraw USD 1,000, you must trade until reaching USD 3,750 so that after withdrawal the required buffer remains in the account.
How long does it take to process payments?
Once a withdrawal is approved, the estimated processing time is between 3 and 7 business days.
What is the safety margin?
It is the minimum capital level you must maintain in the account to be eligible to scale to a larger account size.
Can I lose my funded account?
Yes. If you violate the rules or exceed the maximum drawdown, the funded account will be suspended.
Can I be re-evaluated if I lose a funded account?
Yes, you can start a new evaluation from scratch as many times as needed.
Is trading allowed outside regular CME hours?
Yes, as long as the market is open.
Is automated trading or copy trading allowed?
No. The use of robots, automated systems, copy trading, or similar methods is strictly prohibited.
What happens if I use an automated system?
Your account will be immediately canceled with no right to a refund or reactivation.
What does the USD 37 initial fee include?
Lifetime access to real Rithmic data for all your evaluations.
Do I need to pay the data feed fee more than once?
No. This is a one-time payment valid for the lifetime of your user account.
Can I trade micro and mini contracts?
Yes, you can trade both micro and mini contracts as long as you respect the contract limits.
Maximum contracts per evaluation (1 mini = 10 micros):
20k (2 minis), 50k (7 minis), 75k (8 minis), 100k (10 minis), 250k (12 minis), 500k (18 minis), 1M (30 minis).
What happens if I exceed the allowed number of contracts?
This is considered a rule violation and may invalidate your account.
Are there penalties for not trading on certain days?
No. You can trade whenever you want during the evaluation.
What happens if I stop trading for a period of time?
Your account is not canceled. You may resume trading at any time as long as it remains within the active period.
What happens if I close the platform with open positions?
Open trades remain active. You are responsible for closing them manually or via stop loss.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. We provide technical support via email (support@livoxcapital.com) and live chat on the website.
Do you offer training or mentoring?
Yes. Livox Capital collaborates with specialized academies that can help improve your trading.
How can I scale my account?

What happens if I reach the maximum capital level?
You may continue trading that capital as long as you maintain proper risk management and stable results.
Can I trade from any country?
Yes, except where specific regulatory restrictions apply. Please check if your country is supported.
Can I trade from a mobile phone or tablet?
No. Trading must be done from a computer with a stable connection and properly configured platform.
What happens if I lose my internet connection during a trade?

What happens if there is a data or execution error?
You may contact support to review the case. All reviews are based on Rithmic data.
How are withdrawals processed?
Payments are made via bank transfer or electronic payment platforms compatible with your country.
What happens when I pass an evaluation?
Once passed, the evaluation enters a review phase. The Livox team verifies rule compliance and you will receive an email with a link to pay the funded account activation fee, which varies by account size. You will have 3 calendar days to pay this fee or you will lose the right to the funded account.
Am I entitled to refunds?
Livox Capital’s policy states that cash refunds are never issued except in the case of an incorrect charge by Livox. If you purchased an evaluation without applying a discount code or paid the data feed fee twice, no cash refund will be issued. You may request compensation in the form of Livox credits, redeemable for any evaluation size or funded account activation, subject to case review.
How do I connect my Livox account with ATAS and Rithmic?
You can use the official connection guide provided via the supplied link.
Can I use my account on a platform other than ATAS?
Livox currently recommends ATAS as the trading platform. Proper account functionality on other platforms is not guaranteed.
What is the 35% consistency rule?
To pass an evaluation or approve a withdrawal on a funded account, no single trading day may account for more than 35% of total profits. If this limit is exceeded, the profit target is automatically recalculated based on the highest daily profit divided by 0.35. This rule applies to both evaluations and funded accounts.
